Question on Bottom Bracket width

I have a Cooks RSR Crank to go onto my IBIS and am not sure without fitting and removing , fitting and removing .. you get the idea.. the width of axle I would require..

Is there

A : any accurate way to work it out without doing the above.. Charts, diagrams etc..

B : Does anyone have any dealings with this sort of combo..

Thanks peeps

Yep a long one  I had 127 i think on my Klein. Their are web sites that can give you the low down. Sorry but can't remember  its been a long day some body else will

With all the Cook CBR & RSR cranks I've owned, it seems that I've gotten away with a 122.5 mm 90% of the time. If you have an aluminum frame with fat chainstays, then you might need something longer so the chainrings don't rub.

I have been offered a 122 syncros Ti one , do you peeps think that the .5mm is going to make any odds, or is it a matter of getting the grinder out...
