I think everybody should possess a set of eccentric wheels.........especially road bikes............in fact, make the whole peloton use them in next year's tour- couldn't make the event any more ridiculous

I knew a clown who had a number of bike like this. He would weld a brass-coated bed frame in the middle of a bike, three bikes cut up and welded back together again. Lots of cool stuff he did.
