I picked up one of those shocks - almost certainly from a Scalpel by the way - to see if it would fit one of my FSR frames... good to see one working!
What did you do about the shock bushings - the bits between the shock eyes and the frame? Think the RP3 eyes are narrower than the original. A close up photo of the shock mounts might be useful.
