Hi Guys,
Trying to make some space and reduce my spares collection.
First up - A Girvin Vector suspension unit - for spares or repair.
When bolted up to the legs and stem it looks and works fine, fitted with Land Rover bushes it is usable as it is.
The only issues are the upper front pivot is alloy and has been broken at some stage, about 10mm in from the end ( maybe clumsy handling rather than a crash ) so a longer top bolt ties it all together, not too much of an issue but worth noting.
The upper left pivot has been opened up a touch to aid fitting of the suspension shock pivot pin...again not a problem, cosmetic really and would probably polish / clean up if required.
No handlebar stem.
I had this in stock for spares just in case anything broke on the other forks I have, its a valuable source of hard to find spares....

Finally, for the moment, I'm looking at selling my red Proflex 856 frame, complete with the alloy back end.
I've been saving the frame for a build that looks less likely to happen now.
Good Original paint with the usual cable rub and a few scratches, no dents or cracks....very sound useable frame. ( Could be built up into a very nice bike ).
It will come with the bottom bracket fitted ( new Shimano ) a black seat post and clamp and a non ODS rear shock fitted with a firm coil spring.
I can post up some photo's if there is any interest.
Probably looking for about £75 ?
Collection from Nottingham if possible, but I can look at Courier costs if needed.
If the frame sells, I then may list some more forks and tasty rear shock unit....I'm hanging on as if the frame doesn't sell I'll build it up with spares I have... if it goes I'll list up the rest as I get time.
