QR Size update.

I've attempted to measure it but the only problem is that it does differ in diameter when opened and closed, but it looks like it will expand to some considerable distance, (in bike frame terms), definitely suitable to oversize tubing, Cannondale, Zaskar, etc.

If it helps the collar has 32 stamped on it, I assume this is its maximum diameter.
