i'm gonna be selling my van wheels as i have bought some new ones, was gonna use ebay but i would like a postage option to open up the selling area but i have never sent anything this big before, anyone got any sensible postage options? obviously they are pretty big and heavy and there are 4 of them! not the sort of thing i can just pop into the post office with!

the only other thing i can think of is saying "you can arrange your own carrier" as this means it's their responsibility, would that be acceptable to buyers do you think?

any advice gratefully received

:D

that's brilliant! i was expecting stupid money but they quote £35 for 4 x 18" wheels with tyres, seems like a bargain!

i'll get the listing sorted, thanks for that! :D

What wheels are they JB? They may fit my VW project car that could do with some bigger rims.

Edit: Just looked up the BCD for a T4/T5 van and they are 5x112 - mine is 5x100. Dam and blast

well, T5 is different to T4 i know that,

5 x 120 i believe is what i have. mine look like BMW style wheels in silver

As above, ive sent wheels via paisleyfreight before and had zero problems!

I packaged them all seperately and printed off an a4 sheet with the delivery address on for each, numbered 1of4 2of4 and so on, i put cardboard over the faces of the wheels and wrapped them in binbags/cocooned them in duct-tape, they were with the guy in Essex about 48 hours later (from north east area) was well impressed by that!
