Hi all stateside!

I am bidding on a frame for sale in the states ( Lake Tahoe ) . The seller states that he won't post the frame to the uk, so in light of this I am asking if I can use someone's postal address to send it to and that person send it on to me. All this assuming I have the winning bid

Can anyone help
