flexfoil is a wetsuit lining! makes sense with the item location. with it having the upper pivot in front of the seat tube does that make it a 16"?

Stripping back that blue stuff would be a fair bit of work, but for £50...

Flexifoil make kites for kitesurfing and windsurfer bits, didn't know they ever made bikes.

Strongly suspect that may be a sticker that doesnt go with it's bike!
