PM's seem slow to send

I tried to send a PM at 1:09pm today and I just found it sitting in my outbox. I've now deleted it and resent the content but just thought I'd give the heads up to Mods/Admins.

Anyone else noticed it?

Um, if it's sat in your outbox, doesn't it just mean the other person hasn't yet read it?

My impression was that they moved to the other persons inbox. its just a delivery flag in the database although I admit I've never tested it

Yes, it sits in the outbox until the other person reads it...then it shows in your sent box.
