Please help ID this bike

I've come across this beauty, but have no idea what is it (brand, model...). All I know that the welds are Cannondale-like, but I', very sure that it is not a Cannondale.

im clutching at straws here mate but ive never seen a brake set up like that before especially by the make sachs. I do know that sachs made mountain bikes,i had one myself called sachs lava it had low end groupset but the frame was very well made with really neat welding not to far from what you have there.

I think the brakes are Sachs Powerdisc, beyong that I know nothing! Looks very nice though
