Th scratches look almost like cracks!

I'm hoping not. Be P****D! OFF if they were, as bought it off here. I never used it once I received the hub & stored it awaiting to get it built. I'm getting the front checked out at the moment. If I find it to be a Crack, then will remove it from Sale...& not be too happy with how it came to me...
