Here are pictures of the frame: https://www.flickr.com/photos/24334505@ ... 8198168412

The frame is 55cm top tube measured centre to centre. The seat tube is 55cm measured from the centre of the BB to the top of the seat tube.

I am offering a package that is:

- Frame
- Forks
- Bars
- Stem
- Leather covering
- Campagnolo Brake lever clamps
- Touch-up paint from the frame sprayer

Basically everything as shown.

There are 3 tiny chips I have tried to show on the non-drive side of the seat tube that I have touched in but it is hard to see them.

There is also a bit of tyre rub on the inside of the chainstays; I have covered them with frame saver ... there was a bit of rub when I was giving it some stick up Mam Nick with wide tyres on.

The rear stays are 126mm.

The decals are all clear coated over EXCEPT the 50th decal on the down tube so that could be removed if you wanted to ... with care and at your own risk.

The BB is Italian threaded and I have never faced the BB shell. It suits a Campagnolo axel stamped 70-SS.

The frame is shown with bolts in the bottle bosses and shifter bosses to protect the threads. All threads are good. The drive side shifter thread is a bit aggressive and has a tendency to shape the bolt to its own thread. I have resisted cleaning the thread because I prefer not to meddle with a frame of this quality and rarity. It's not a problem but I mention it anyway.

Otherwise I think that is all the details.

Here are photos of the bike built up. ************************/pinarello/my-montello.shtml

For the avoidance of doubt I am selling the frame and bars NOT the whole bike.

I am after £850ono plus postage; payment by cash on collection or electronic payment only.

Any questions please ask

Re:

Nice looking bike. Could you please tell me the stack and reach. Also, what is the weight of the frame and fork.

Sorry for the delay in response ...

Frame 1960g
Fork 676g

This is as good as it gets for a frame of this era ...

Bars/Stem/Covering/Brake Clamps 726g

Reach 390mm
Stack 540mm (bare frame) or 585mm (top of headset)

The stack and reach are approximate as the reference points are debatable but I'd say it is a reasonable go at defining those points.

I ride a 56cm modern bike and I am 5'10" and this Pinarello fits me great if that is any useful reference.
