Are those 700c wheels? And were there 27 1/4 originally? Just that the brake blocks appear at the lowest extreme.

The wheels are actually 26" x 1 3/8" Constrictor rims laced to a front Harden hub with a Sturmey Archer FM 4 speed alloy in the rear.
I've never seen another Constrictor rim of this size but they were in the catalogue and were on the bike when I got it so they could have been on since new.
Paintwork, chrome and transfers are all original, I took it all to bits, cleaned it up and found a few missing original bits, then rebuilt it a year or so ago.
The bike was in daily use as a 25 mile round trip ride to work bike until about 2012!
Since doing this one I've refurbished 2 more RRAs and have another one waiting to be done - but they're all stories for the future.
