Yup - but doubling his price! I bid against him at this auction: http://www.catalogue-host.co.uk/tca...n&prev_url=/tca/2011-05-15/category_10_page_1 and he won it for £320 (unfortunately that was all I could afford then). So the cheeky bugger is just turning a quick profit.
