Finally having a clear out and resigned myself to the fact that I am never going to get round to restoring it. I have started to take it apart and clean things. The other half tells me I have too many other jobs to do. I am trying to get some idea of value for it all before selling it off.
The wheels and saddle are not the originals, everything else is from between 1959 and 1962

The Frame is a 25" 1959 Pennine made by WHITAKER AND MAPPLEBECK I believe it is 531 tubing. I also believe they are Cinelli bars underneath the wrap. It is all in bits now but here are some piccies below.
