Paypal Refunding

Hope someone can help here.I need to refund someone who changed there mind.On a lot of paypal transactions you get a little box that says refund but not for the one I want.She has reported me for not sending the goods so paypal has frozen the funds.Any help with the correct paypal procedure would be appreciated.John.

pretty sure she needs to close the case and then all should be well for you to refund ....hopefuly someone will be along soon and confirm this !

Double check something....go to your PP account and view the 'details' of the transaction.
There should be a refund option there :? (under the nett amount line)

When I log on to paypal, the account history page that comes up first has a 'refund' box on all payments made to me..

Not sure if it's different for an ebay auction... agreed recently to cancel an ebay sale (with me as the buyer) and the seller just cancelled it their end.. a dispute is raised, I agree and a refund was issued once the case was closed.

However... despite the goods being paid for out of paypal funds, the refund still went into 'pending' and will take a week to clear.. :roll:

Very odd...the payment isn't pending is it...phone paypal chap...or do a screen print of the tranny and I'll have another look.
