PAUL CROSSTOP 3 vbrake compatible?

maybe buying a set from fellow member but i need/want 3dv vbrakes. he offered these and we need some advice and/or info on if these are vbrake compatible or not. thanks in advance

...would seem to indicate they're best used with canti levers rather than V levers.

I had them with canti levers too
