Hey guys, I found a titanium parkpre mountain frame for sale locally for under a hundred bucks. Im not too sure on the value of park pre's, and if its my size(seller hasnt indicated size yet) Id like to have a nice project bike to start building. Is this a deal?

Is it a ti frame or a "titanium plated" team frame?

I believe its the ti plated team, not sure which. I havent seen pictures yet.
