Park pre team 925 Steel titanium plated 1998 Pace Stunning

It Looks like its been hanging on a wall for all but an hour of its life. I think its a 1998 Tange ultimate ultralight plated frame (ping it with your finger) with Pace rc36 forks. Seat tube C-C 18", C-C 15", Top tube C-C 21.7"
Features include original spec Bontrager revolt tyres with hairy bits still on, Xtr easton seatpost (a few marks from clamp). Titec beserker seat. Xt 8 sp rear mech and brakes. LX front mech and crank. Dia comp Aheadset. Araya tm 810f rims on pulstar hubs. Trans x stem and x lite bars with yeti grips Ti bottle cage. Pizza cutters. Front shifter needs sorting out but works. Pedals not included. De stickered. Any questions answered. Its in Oxford OX4.

Am no parkpre expert,but is that nickel plated or ti?i have never seen a ti plated frame

in the first seconds of the vid the decal on the seattube says "Tange Ultimate...." no Ti here, but great Tange tubing. Never the less a great bike

I also would have assumed it was nickel plating. Some of the old articles on the net suggest it is a steel frame with ti plating though. And that is what its previous owner told me. See the second page second paragraph of the link.
Im guessing that the Ti plating business may have been marketing hype and its nickel but its still shiney.

The "Ti plated finish" looks similar to nickel plating but it is less silver in colour. Very nice.

Thanks Easy rider. Ive been admiring your single speed one. This one is de stickered and doesnt have the red sticker maybe it is Ti because its sort of matt looking. See my flikr page for some more photos. That Dawes super galaxy is for sale too btw and the pace rc31 forks are on ebay uk ending tomorow.
