Paint colour for Marin 1990/91 (Grey and Fluorescent)

Does anyone have a definitive list or a catalogue for the 90/91 Marin range?

I had my Pallisade Trail resprayed many years ago in a tasteful cherry red (??) but because of this forum, I would like to return it to some sense of originality. I cannot remember what colour the forks and the stem were (orange, green, blue !!!!). Also frame & fork stickers would need to be acquired, so I assume Gil_M is the man.

If people have resprayed frames, then what was the colour or paint code that they used?

Groupset and info about seatposts, stems et al will be very welcome. :?:

Palisades trail, from memory, were a retina bursting apple green.

I have trawled the catalogues, but am confused. When I got the frame, forks, seatpost, front & rear deralliers it was either a Bear Valley or Pallisade Trail. The forks were yellow but the frame had bear valley stickers. It was dark grey Zolotone, but didn't have a stem or bars. Checking the catalogues, all the steerers are 1-1/8", but mine is 1" and it is genuine as it has the investment cast dropouts as per the book. The Bolianas Ridge has a 1" steerer, but not the quality dropouts. The front & rear mechs were 400DX hence why the Bear valley rings true, but the forks confuse me!
Any ideas? Can the frame number help with this?

Might be a 1989 Palisades? My mate beavis has one and that's got a 1" head set. His old 1990 had a 1 1/8th I believe.

Palisades colours in the UK were:

1989- Gloss light grey frame, fluro yellow forks, stem, bar with coloured decals.

1990- Zolatone light grey fame, fluro yellow f,s,b with white decals.

1991- Zolatone dark grey frame, fluro yellow f,s,b with coloured decals.

Sure someone can help if you post the serial number.

Blimey a possible 1989 Marin. This gets worse, need to find the spec for the 89 version now!
Will post the frame number when I scratch off enough paint.....

90 bear valley was the first to wear dark grey zolotone (others were like a primer colour) and was still on 1" headset ;-)

Will sort some drop out pics in a min, may help with ID
