Not sure what a BMW mini has to do with Paddy Hopkirk?

In the same way a Golf with a jelly mold body has anything to with a beetle.

Still it looks far better as a rally car than the horrible bloated road going lump!!

Didn't they have to use the estate version because the standard Mini was too short? (much like the bulbous bumpered Peugot of a few years ago)
Whilst it is good to see Mini back in rallying that is one fugly car.
