Pace RC36 with a 1-1/8" steerer needing a 1" Reducer Shim

Owner of a 1995 Orange P7 which I bought from new at 2XS in West Wittering. Decided to give her a mega overall and return her to virtually as new. She has a Girvin Vector front fork set up which I am looking to replace as part of the overall with a set of Pace RC36 front forks.

Unfortunately the Pace forks have a 1-1/8" steerer which I need to replace with a 1" one. I have the 1" steerer tube (285mm ) but need a 1-1/8" to 1" reducer shim. Does any one have one of these that I can buy off them or know where I can purchase one and do I need anything else to make this change?
