Pace RC35..2 Questions , help please!

Can someone please tell me whether the brake bosses on these Pace forks can be turned to the front or whether on this model they're fixed to be rear facing? (The only way I see them being able to be put to face forward is if the round metal parts are bolt covers - I had a little try at pulling them off but, if they are covers, they're not coming off easily)

So, I need to run canti-brakes on my build.
If the brake mount is indeed fixed to run the brake on the rear, what type of cable stop do I need to be able to run them on the rear? My current cable stop is forward-facing, headtube mounted.

They don't work with a conventional canti straddle set up. The rocker arrangement in the middle of the arch is used. There is a photo of it in this thread.

Sorry - I know this has been asked a million times before, but I've done a search and come up with nowt. Can someone post a pic of their correctly set up cantis on Pace RC35s, so I can see how to do mine... please? ta

@clubby Thank you! It makes sense now. When I had my forks serviced by @justbackdated he was kind enough to send them back with the brass fixings that I will need to use to do this but I hadn't put 2&2 together.
Sigh of relief knowing that this will work
