Here's some info for anyone who ever needs to remove the RC300 top tube hose guides.
-There's an aluminium sleeve pressed into a machined black nylon part:
-Using an expanding bearing puller, with the end flange ground off (or anything that can grip the inside bore tightly), the sleeve can be removed out by pulling and twisting:
-There's a shoulder on the outside end to prevent it from being pushed in too far, but most of the sleeve is pretty thin walled:
-The nylon part can now be squeezed (top to bottom) to close up the slot and reduce its size enough to pull it out of the rectangular hole in the frame:
-To refit, put the nylon part back in and re-insert the aluminium sleeve to lock the unit into the tube.
