Pace RC30??

Looking for a set of Pace RC30s, I have an RC200 with 1" steerer but all I can find is later models (RC31?) with 1 1/8" steerer - can anyone help?!

I've got a pair with a 1" steerer, they're a bit rough looking but could be polished up I'd take £90 for them.

Are they threaded or aheadset steerer?
