Pace RC30 vs. Syncros Powerlite fork

Syncros are a classic. Nothing comes close...on the right bike.

RC30s can be used on more bikes without style issues. Though don't put an RC30 on a bike that should have Syncros. You will be punished with a lifetime of ridicule

Ditto wot Gump said :)

The two cannot be compared cos they ride totally different.....Powerlites are whippy things when compared to a stiff pair of RC30.

Watch this space (i'm slow so you might get bored  ) cos i'm currently building a bike with each.....one is a homage to British Columbia and the whole Canadian vibe and the other is the Bastard Son of RetroBike (that most people will hate....)

I'd say RC30s as I have several pairs!

More seriously RC30s are more affordable and have easily and cheaply replaceable steerers - finding some Syncros Powerlites with a long steerer would be both time consuming and pretty expensive.

Have you got an example of a bike that "should" have a Syncros fork ?, or one that should'nt under no circumstances be fitted with an RC30 ?

I know that Pace forks kind of go with Orange's but i thought the RC30 would have been pretty much universal.

I'm not having a go BTW, just looking for education
