full fork or just crown and steerer

I have just taken delivery of a RC30 with 1 1/4" crown & threaded steerer, the fork legs are very poor condition...lots of surface rust that has removed the chrome...I am planning to have them stripped & powder coated.

So they are likely to be available as full fork with freshly coated legs, or at the very least the crown & steerer will be available and the legs used on my Roberts.
