pace rc200 f3 black - middleburn USE Hope XT

having had a rational think about my current bike situation, I am thinking one needs to go as I have a couple of things coming up in the next few months!

So reluctantly I am offering my pace Rc 200 f3!

Will stick a full spec up later but the basics are:

Powder coated black 18" f3 frame with disc mount on the dropout. No chips or cracks etc..

rc35 forks with ti crown bolts, new elastomers, new damper bolt as old one had rounded out! 1"steerer all supplied by fork English

Hope purple ti glide hubs with campagnolo atek rims in good condition run smooth etc.. Original Hope ti skewers. IRC mythos tyres and new conti tubes

Pace bars in purple, hope stem, cane creek headset, deore thumbies, x lite chicken stix.

Xt 735 mechs, black lx cantis with ti/ purple alloy bolts

Middleburn rs7 chainset a bit chipped on the non DS rings all good! Running on token carbon BB!

X lite saddle and new USE carbon alien seatpost

Reluctant sale tbh, I will be sad to see this go but it's not getting ridden as much as it deserves!

VERY tempted by this, but can you tell me, is the 18" frame size a c-c measurement??? If not, what's the c-c measurement please?
