Ozone Oxygen Alloy MTB frame UPDATE PICS ADDED!

Ozone

Hi all you have a noobie here. Just got to say what an amazing site this is, brings back a lot of memories!

Anyway, I have a Ozone Oxygen 18" frame from what I can remember c 1994/5. All I can recall is that it was hand made in Malvern, England. It's colour is natural burished alloy with blue graphics with CNC stays and removable lugs etc which are anodised blue. It's very stiff with a very short rear end and very light.

I'm trying to find out more about it with a possible view to sell if theres interest.

I've had it since 1997 I think and used it for 2 years then left the bike industry (used to manage a bike shop for 7 years, god seems a lifetime ago!) I then bought a full susp bike to mess about on then TBH lost interest, started horse riding and spending loads of money on cars!

Anyway dislocated my knee earlier this year (falling from horse which by the way is now sold!) which is still pretty weak and have been advised to start cycling again. So dug about in my parents shed as I knew I had 2 or 3 bikes in there. What an alladdins cave! I've got loads of stuff which TBH is going to take weeks to sort through but there are a few select items which stand out main one of which is the Ozone frame. When I P/X'd it for an Orange Clockwork frame at the time I never really new much about it then even.

I'm going to take some photos of it tomorrow, it's partly built up with a real missmatch of stuff at the moment so will strip it down, theres a virtual brand new set of marzzochi forks on there too c 1998?

As said i'll post up some pics for you guys to enlighten me on.

Thanks for your help in advance.

i know a bloke who works for the bloke who used to make these. :D he still has some of them. and some frame parts, bb's dropouts etc.

Okay I've been a busy chap this morning. Been over to my parents place and filled my car with all sorts of retro gear. On way home swang by a friends place and raided his parts box for certain items that I knew I didn't have so I could build it up when I got home.

So here it is built! Please note the brakes, gear levers and saddle are what i've just put on, everthing else is retro. Better and more pics will follow once I've got my didgi to talk to it's damn card so these are off a mobile.

Hope pics work.

Edit these pics are rubbish, don't do it any favours. As said better ones to follow (how do I make the pictures bigger than above?)
