Wanted Overbury's Pioneer Frameset.

I'm currently searching for an Overbury's Pioneer Frameset and hoping that someone here will have one for sale.

Size wise, I would need the frame to have a seat tube of 16.5".

Please let me know if you have anything for sale.

Where would you measure to. Bottom bracket centre to centre of top tube or top of set post tubing.

There was a fairly small looking Pioneer on eBay as a complete bike… not sure if it sold, was highlighted over in the eBay section
