Overbury Pioneer SS frame and forks

Reluctently for sale my 16" Overbury Pioneer SS frame and forks.
Please read this before replying. It has been modified at Argos. It has track ends, so Singlespeed only. It has had the U brake mounts moved to allow fitting canti's / V's.
Really brill condition. Powder coating by Griff's.

Hi,very nice... what is the top tube length, the ground to bottom bracket height,and the steerer tube width, also what tube set was used and how old is it.

The bike is in a lock up, not local.
I'd guesstimate the top tube as about 20".The BB is a really good distance from the ground, Overbury were well known for this. I'd say just over 13"
1" steerer. Not sure of the tubing, late 1980's
