Similar to Biopace....made of steel so will probably outlive you.standard 110bcd middle/outer. Good condition. The granny is ever so so slightly bent....I didn't notice until I unbolted from crank but honestly makes no odds at all! will bend back...I wouldn't actually bother. I can include a full set of bolts if required. £13 posted.

yeah they are kinda weird at first but you soon get used to them....I would keep em but don't now have a bike of that period and I prefer 24 36 46!
