23.5" CTC seat tube and top tube
Some slightly aggressive rust around top tube cable guides and some tingling loose rust I think in rear seat stays.
Perfect for a nice riding ratty rattle can' undesirable to nick commuter for the taller gent!
Wouldn't mind a beer for it but happy to go thirsty!
