Retro Newbie
Hi,

Recently put this together for my daughter, but unfortunately as she has changed University she will not be using it. I intended it as a 'keeper' so quite a bit spent to get it to a nice specification.

Orange Gringo 17" Frame, in very good condition - no dents or cracks.
Manitou Axel Comp 'Fluid Flow' 120mm Forks
Orange Stem
Orange Supercross 2 Handlebars
WTB-SC Headset
Orange 'Friction Addiction' Grips
Shimano Deore SL-M510 3 X 9 Gear Shifters
Shimano Deore LX M585 2 Finger Brake Levers
Front Wheel: Shimano HB-M475 Hub, CR18 Sunrim
NEW Front 180mm Shimano SM-RT56-M Disc
Shimano Deore LX M585 Front Caliper
Rear Wheel: Shimano FH-M475 Hub, CR18 Sunrim
NEW Rear 160mm Shimano SM-RT56-M Disc
Shimano Deore LX M585 Rear Caliper
2 x NEW Continental Vertical 26 x 2.3
Shimano FC-M460 Crankset
NEW DMR V6 Pedals
Shimano BB (Model Unknown - but very smooth and no play)
Shimano Deore LX Front Derailleur
Shimano Deore XT Rear Derailleur
Shimano CS-HG50-9 Cassette
NEW Shimano CN-HG53 Chain
QR Seat Post Clamp
Orange 27.2mm Seat Post
Bontrager Race Lux Saddle

I think this bike had a very 'easy' life with its previous owner as the original components show very little signs of wear and tear.

NOW SOLD :D :D

Re:

Hi there

Are you located in Rugby Warwickshire as I'm in Northants down the road and interested in the bike ( or possibly a fan of the egg shaped sport?)

Re:

Hi Terry

Oversight on my part - I should have mentioned where I live!

Yes, I'm in Rugby - so not too far from you. You are welcome to come have a look at the bike and try it out. Looks like I can't send a PM as I'm a newbie or haven't posted enough yet.

Drop me a text/call if you'd like to arrange/have any questions.

Thanks for the prompt reply, I’ll see if I can get over this weekend to have a look at it. I’ll send you a text or call when I’ve got a better idea of time or day. Is there a day which is best for you? I might be travelling that way with work but not till next week.

Re:

Hi Terry - anytime this weekend would be fine with a bit of notice. Weekdays at the moment is a bit difficult - I’m working from home, but about 8 hours a day on conference calls!

Re:

Terry, not heard from you - so for now I've removed my mobile contact from the post. Let me know if you are still interested.

Re:

Hi

Sorry I forgot all about this- my apologies.

A friend has offered me another FS one and i'm going to look at it later this week so I don't think I'll be needing yours.

Sorry for messing you around.
