^^ 35cm give or take a mm or 2.

I believe it's c39cm the way it is usually measured - i.e., from the axle centre to the bottom of the steerer where the crown race goes.

Incidentally if it has a 120mm steerer, it was made for a size 15 or 17 Orange (head tube 85mm).
