So, I got given a Giant ATX 990 (last picture) with a broken pivot by a friend...I wondered what to do with it when my Dad mentioned he might like a bike. So now I am firing on all cylinders to try and get this bike built with all my spares (but around work it's a chore).
So first I made a new pivot (no pics).
Just now I made a rear disc brake adaptor (second picture) as I had now non-disc rims. We had to shut the workshop though so it's half finished, but nothing a hack saw and a file won't sort out.
First picture is of the shock, can anyone identify it? Is it Rock Shox, RST or???
Oh and will a 350 spring be enough for a 100kg man?
