In the dim and distant past I remember reading in a mtb mag that were two constants to our sport.
1 Riding our bikes
2 Drinking tea

A word of advice was then added ' If you dont like Tea..........LEARN !'

Good advice :D

A wise man indeed.

As for me, I no longer ride a bike but I am drinking far more tea than I used to.

al.

ps 99 tea with milk and 1/2 a sugar.

No a tea fan,more a coffee lover
Grind my own so i know what I'm getting, unlike the stuff in the bags.God alone knows what is actually in there

Me too, Java fresh ground if possible.

I know what you mean about pre ground bags but the Taylors of Harrogate Hot Lava is a good bagged one. Most strength guides only go up to 5. The hot lava, a bit like the amp in Spinal tap, goes up to strength 6. :)
