Good evening all,

Picked up an old set of suspension Zoom 250 forks. Work well enough but the seal on the left hand leg has popped out. From what i can see there is a hex head screw down deep inside the leg. If i was to unscrew this would that enable me to take off the lower legs to enable me to put the seal back in.

Does anybody have any documentation for these forks

IIRC they are allen key headed bolts & you'll have one down each fork leg, once you undo them the fork should come apart  if you need any bit's let me know as I think i've got a set in my shed

Could do with a very long allen key to reach the bolt. What size allen key do i need. My guess looking at it is a 6 mm.

Any idea where i can get a long key from ??????

It's either 5 or 6mm IIRC  I used an allen key socket on a long 3/8" extension bar & ratchet to get the bolts out. If you have a 5/6mm socket you could cut a bit off an old allen key & hold it into the socket with some blu tac/chewing gum
