You can use any 8-speed cassette (unless you've got Dura Ace Uniglide hubs, in which case you need the special, smaller-threaded Dura Ace sprocket) but you need to pay attention to the shifters:

Dura Ace 8-speed shifters pull less cable than Shimano's other 8-speed shifters, but you can use 9-speed shifters to index an 8-speed cassette.
