Oh Misery!

A capital Bank Holiday this is turning out to be. The male half of the twins was violently unwell Thursday night into Friday shall we say 'both ends'. The wife has now followed with chundering pilgrimages to the bathroom every ten minutes or so. Now, after showing signs of improvement today my son has just blocked the sink with some World class puking. As it is impossible to separate kids, no doubt his sister will join in tonight.

How can it get better? Oh yes, it is the twins' birthday on Monday and my 40th on Tuesday. I'm starting to feel a little bilious.
