i would say 28hole and the fact he's offering a cxp rim aswel means they are probably road width hubs, they look ok though

Yes your right looks like probably road version.

so what would be difference, a 5mm spacer on rear, or is there more to it

I have these in 32h and they are lovely hubs

as far as difference i'm not defo sure but i would assume that minimum it would be a non drive side spacer, or worst case and axle and spacer.
