Bottom pull mate,
the bit you should have been translating is "Le tirage se fait par le bas"
You might want to try to negotiate the postage as it's pretty small & La Poste website quotes Euro 4.30 (priority) for a 250g package & only 3 Euro for economy (see below for rates). However they will do a big box of stuff for 12 Euro all in if you can get some mates to buy some other bits.
