You do see Campy mtb hubs advertised at really high prices, but the two sets I won on eBay (1989 Centaur / Euclid) were more like £60-80, boxed, maybe postage on top. There was a bit of a gamble involved as the listings were not too clear on OLN. Hope this helps a bit.
