But seriously I've seen a guy riding/driving(?) a very similar, albeit older (more retro..?) one in the mornings when I'm on my way to work. It's got an big antenna sticking out in the back - perhaps he's got a tv receiver in there?

I too first thought the antenna was for visibility, but it doesn't have a flag attached at the top, which they usually have (at least around these parts), and the base of the antenna is shaped sort of like a spring, which reminds me of the antennas cars used to have.

I'd also like to try one of those
