No thrills Ladies MTB

Got this Falcon Interceptor that has been passed about the family for the last few years. It's nothing special but has a nice paint job (purple and plack fleck, doesn't show very well in the picture) and is serviceable although could do with some tweaking mainly to the brakes.

17" ish frame ct, 15 gears, alloy rims.

Could be nicely pimped with some better components and purple ano.

Got a nice big squishy saddle that I can put on instead of the current one.

In fairness that is only on the chain, I'm sure I can find a better one in my spares box.

Ok replaced the chain and the rear mech for a Shimano 500lx. The rear brake now works and the seat has also been replaced for the big squishy one. I also found that the seatpost was lightly seized in (for want of a better term) so I removed it regreased it and put it back in, but it is a tight fit.

The only thing that needs sorting now is the gears, I can getting working well up or down but not both....
