Why do I get the feeling it may be stolen.

Model 3-25? That is titanium 3al2.5v.

Frame flexes with body weight? It is called a softtail. And where is the parts spec.

Someone with this bike will more than likely know the correct terminology. Surprised he didn't use, "selling for a friend...don't know anything about it" line.
