Cannondale M700 1994 16 inches polished frame set in very good condition

The package include :

Frame in perfect condition - just need some oil elbow to be perfectly cleaned slightly polished - Stickers are not bad - the one on the head tube could be replaced for a mint finish.
Pepperoni fork in very good condition - somes little scratches - need some touch paints
Original seat collar
Force 40 system front and rear
Dia compé headset
Original Coda steel stem
Front LX mech in great shape
BB Shimano in good condition too
