This is an Attitude frame with an Attitude (uni) fork.

Yes, I know 96 Adroit is a Attitude frame, but they use to have strata boron fork. This is the first time I see one with a Attitude fork.

easiest way to tell them apart is the size of the drain holes at the bottom of the blades. Uniklein (Attitude) 5mm diameter and Strata (Adroit) 9mm.

The Strata has the crown down to just above the brake mounts wrapped with boron/carbon and thus there are no welds visible on the crown - everything is very smooooooth. The Uniklein has visible welds.
