New smokes?

Panaracer still offers the tire in a black wall and it is available all over the place for under $20.

not in the UK!!! (at least that I can find!). If anybody knows where then please let me know. Blackwall fine for me.

We'll see if this works out or not. The Smoke was a pretty nice tire and was in use for a number of years. There are a fair number of places in the US that you can buy the black wall version for under $20 which is less than we would have invested in the new ones at wholesale. Not sure how many folks would be willing to pay $35-$40 per tire for them? I'm still working with Panaracer to try and make it work but I'd say chances are relatively slim right now.

Make it work. I'd love to have skin wall smokes on a couple of my bikes. As it is I only have one tire Oh sorry guys tyre.

I had 'Smoke lights' and they were Why they stopped making them. It was a great tyre. Make them again. I'm Conti tyre man but i'd have a set of smokes for one bike

Smoke Lites ain't gonna happen. No moulds available. I'd be interested in some Smokes in skinwall and at $40 (£20) a tyre good value. Obviously need to factor in shipping/VAT but we could get together and order in bulk and probably save a bit?
