New Joiner - 87 Muddy Fox Courier

Hi Guys,

Just joined forum, but been lurking for a while.

I've been meaning to get the old gal down from the roof of the garage for years, this Corona Lockdown gave me a good excuse. I bought her new in 1987 from Wheels in Lee on Solent and even new I think she was made up from the shop parts bin as not all catalogue spec.

I changed the stem, bars and bar ends back in the late 80's but everything else is as bought, including the mismatched Araya rims, Shimano brake levers with Dia-Compe canti's and still original tires and saddle.

Given a clean but in need of some metal polish and some TLC, but runs and rides lovely.

Nice MF, I really like the hubs on these with the logos. In the late 80s loads of people lusted after a Muddy Fox.
